Bridging Generations with Technology: CrimsonLogic’s Digital Inclusion for Seniors

Many seniors face challenges navigating mobile devices and online platforms, which can lead to isolation and limited access to essential services.

To address this, CrimsonLogic launched a skill-based volunteering program that empowers employees to share digital knowledge with seniors in the community. The Digital Inclusion for Seniors initiative is carried out in partnership with Anglican Senior Centre (PEACE-Connect @ 8), a senior activity centre located at 8 North Bridge Road. PEACE-Connect @ 8 plays a vital role in promoting active aging by providing seniors with opportunities to stay engaged, connected, and independent. Through this collaboration, CrimsonLogic volunteers guide seniors in using mobile devices—whether it’s sending messages, navigating apps, accessing government services, or staying in touch with loved ones. In one session, the Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) supported the initiative by conducting a step-by-step guide on using Singpass, Singapore’s national digital identity platform. IMDA also provided workshop materials to enrich the learning experience. These sessions are designed to be hands-on, friendly, and patient, ensuring seniors feel supported every step of the way. Beyond technology, they foster moments of joy, laughter, and shared learning.
